Hit The Streets 07: Why Film? With Chris Marquardt

Valerie Jardin November 3, 2016

My friend Chris Marquardt, the guy behind Tips From The Top Floor, joins me this week from Hannover, Germany to talk about the ins and outs of film photography for photographers today.

Who is Chris? As a photographer and photo coach, Chris Marquardt takes interesting people to the end of the world. As a podcaster, he answers questions and explains what makes you a better photographer. As a consultant, Chris helps businesses understand how to give their visual communication a much better foundation and as an author, Chris goes deep, no  matter if it's about film photography or on the topic of wide angle.

Chris also answer some listener questions regarding scanners:

Jr Wyatt: What affordable scanners do you recommend to do at home scanning for 35mm film?

Tony Palazzo Q: I have over 3000 slides I would like to catalog. I would appreciate possible recommendation on scanners. Thank you in advance.

Michael Schmitt: Recommendations for scanners for film and slides.
